Method
Peel the bananas, then slice into bite-sized pieces and freeze overnight or until the banana pieces are solid.
Place the frozen banana pieces, coconut yogurt and vanilla extract in a food processor or blender, then blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve a portion into your baby’s favourite bowl and enjoy!
Pour leftover nice-cream into an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 3 months. When serving straight from the freezer, let the nice-cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften again before serving.
