Method
Bring a pan of water to the boil, add peas and simmer for 3–5 minutes.
Drain and add peas to blender, along with the 5 tbsp. of water.
Blend until you create a smooth consistency, adding more water if needed. Serve and enjoy.

It’s also great as a little bread topper or for adding some flavour and colour to your baby’s pasta.
Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days or frozen up to 3 months.
