What you need

Ingredients

1 round slice of a seedless watermelon, approx. 1cm thick
4 strawberries
A handful raspberries
A handful blueberries
3 Tbsp full fat natural yogurt (or dairy free equivalent)
2 Tbsp unsweetened desiccated coconut

Method

Cut the watermelon round into 6 roughly equal triangles, leaving the rinds in place. If seedless watermelon is unavailable, remove and discard any seeds.

Mix the natural yogurt with 1 Tbsp of the desiccated coconut, then drizzle over the watermelon slices (for an extra pretty effect, try popping the yogurt in a piping bag and piping it over the watermelon).

Top with the prepared fruit, then sprinkle over the remaining desiccated coconut and serve immediately.

Alternative toppings you can use on your fruity pizza could include other chopped fresh fruits such as banana, mango, peach or kiwi, dried fruits such as raisins or finely chopped nuts.
