Introducing apple at 6-9 months
Puree - A smooth and delicious start until they are 9-months-old.
Shredded- At 9 months, you can use a cheese grater to make little piles for them.
Once your child is old enough, there’s no need to peel the apple... less fuss, more healthy nutrients.
Always wash the apple first to rinse off any pesticides
