Method
Preheat oven to 200°c. Place the tortilla wrap onto a lined baking tray and spread the pizza sauce evenly across leaving a 1 cm edge.
Add mini sweet peppers to create rocket flames.
Using the cheese slice cut a rectangle shape with a mini circle in the middle and top with a mini cheese triangle to create the rocket ship.
With the remaining cheese cut 2 mini stars, to create a starry sky, along with a sprinkle of sweet corn.
Carefully transfer the baking tray into the oven and bake for around 5 –10 minutes or until the cheese is lightly melted and edges are golden. Remove the tortilla pizza from the oven and enjoy!
These tortilla pizzas make a great fun food activity encouraging little hands to explore different textures and try more veggies! We've decorated our tortilla pizza with a rocket but you can try different ideas at home.
